Station(s) personnel participated with the Ponca City DECA chapter with their career fair in October talking to high school students about employment in broadcasting.

Station(s) personnel participated with the Ponca City High School FCCLA to help conduct mock interviews with students and to answer any questions they may have about broadcasting.

Station(s) have established both paid and un-paid internship programs. Currently there are 6 college students and one high school student employed by the stations that are obtaining experience through this program. Several contacts are made yearly to the Journalism department of Oklahoma State University by the stations seeking to provide assistance to their program and expanding our outreach should a job opening arise.

Station(s) personnel attended a meeting of the broadcast club of the Journalism Department of Oklahoma State University to answer any questions about employment in broadcasting.

Stations did conduct tours of its studios during the year. Staff answered many questions about opportunities with in the company as well as broadcasting in general.
